I made this today!
   You will need
    Whole Wheat Flour
    Water
    Honey or other stickey substanse
    Ingredients of your choice (fruits, veggies)
     Pecans or Walnuts
 Get a small bowl and fill it 3/4 full of flour. Put in water until it is like dough. Dust a counter top or cutting board with flour. Flour your hands. Place the dough on the floured suface, flatten it out with hands or a rolling pin.  Spread honey onto dough, half way around the dough, lay nuts on the edge(this will be your "fence"). Now add everything you chose for ingredients. Oranges are somethig I tried! Set oven to 350, let it preheat. Place the half of doug that has only honey on it over the other side a seal the edges. Place it in the oven. It's done when it is light brown and feels like it's hollow.
